Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is Absolute Cargo a freight Forwarder?
   Answer; No. We are an air freight cartage agent. We are not an IAC.
2. Is Absolute Cargo TSA trained?
   Answer; Yes. All employees have completed TSA training and have been issued STA's. Information available upon request.
3. Can you cut export documents?
   Answer; Yes. We have a stock of generic air waybills and can produce documents per your request.
4. Do you have a fuel surcharge?
   Answer;Yes. currently 28%.
5. Do you do residential deliveries?
   Answer;Yes. But not inside. We will place freight inside a garage or outside the front door, but we will not enter the dwelling unless a waiver of liability is signed by the consignee.
6. What are you wearing?
   Answer; A uniform shirt and ID badge.
7. What are your receiving hours?
   Answer; Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800 hrs
                  Saturday 0800 - 1200 hrs
8. Can you e-mail me a POD?
   Answer;Yes. with pleasure.
9. Do you cut TSC checks?
   Answer;Yes. but at a cost. $10.00 minimum or 25%.
10. What's for lunch?
    Answer; Preferably something vegetarian.
